United Business Intermediaries Limited (UBI)

United Business Intermediaries (UBI) Refund and Return Policy

1. Policy Overview

United Business Intermediaries (UBI) is committed to delivering high-quality products that meet agreed-upon specifications. Due to the custom-made nature of our marine vessels (boats, floating houses) and large-scale goods (swimming pools), and the standardized nature of our A4 copy paper, all sales are final once the product is shipped and accepted, subject to the strict conditions of this policy.

2. Mandatory Pre-Shipment Inspection

To ensure transparency and quality assurance, it is mandatory for the customer to appoint an independent, internationally recognized third-party inspection company (e.g., SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Intertek) to conduct a final inspection of the goods before they depart the shipping port.

2.1. Customer Responsibilities

2.2. Acceptance of Goods:

The customer’s approval of the third-party inspection report constitutes final acceptance of the goods. By authorizing shipment after receiving a satisfactory report, the customer accepts the products “as is” and acknowledges they meet the required specifications.

3. Claims for Discrepancies

Claims for refunds, returns, or compensation are only valid if a discrepancy is identified and reported in the mandatory pre-shipment inspection report.

3.1. Process for Raising a Claim:

4. Resolution Options

Upon validation of a legitimate claim supported by the inspection report, UBI will, at its discretion, offer one of the following solutions:

5. Returns & Associated Costs

6. Warranty

Our products are covered by a separate warranty policy against manufacturing defects, which becomes effective after delivery and acceptance. This refund policy deals exclusively with pre-shipment quality control.
